Refunds and Withdrawal

Flight Division is operated by Logique Labs, Inc. This policy covers purchased Credits, paid packs, cosmetics, and boosters, including items bought using Credits.

Request a refund or cancel a purchase

Withdraw from contract here: open your purchases, select a cash order or describe an item bought using Credits, and confirm your withdrawal request. You can also describe a purchase that is missing from your history. We will record your request and email an acknowledgment with its details and submission time. Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund; we review it and respond.

You can also email contact@logique.io or write to the address below. Include your name, account email, and order number or enough information to identify the purchase. For an item bought using Credits, include the item and approximate purchase date. You do not need to use a particular form or give a reason to exercise an applicable withdrawal right. Never send full card details.

Your cancellation and consumer rights

Your rights depend on the consumer law that applies to you. For consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK where distance-contract withdrawal rules apply, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from concluding the contract. Send your withdrawal statement before that period ends. A longer period may apply if required information was not provided.

Purchases are delivered after payment confirmation. Accepting our terms or the checkout terms does not itself waive your statutory withdrawal rights. The rules for digital content, services, and unused or spent Credits can differ; using a purchase does not automatically remove all consumer rights. We assess your request under the law that applies to it.

Contact us about duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing purchases, or items that do not work as described. Legal rights to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy may continue after 14 days and after use. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where a refund is not required by law, we review requests individually; we do not promise a general refund of every used purchase.

Refund timing and effects

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the amount due, including applicable tax, without undue delay and within the deadline required by law. Under the EU and UK withdrawal rules described above, that is generally no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and do not charge a refund processing fee. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

A refund can reverse the Credits or access supplied by that order. A full pack refund removes that order's items and badge; a full direct-item refund removes that order's item grant and returns the existing Credits contributed to it. Separately owned items are unaffected by those reversals. We will explain any adjustment needed for a purchase made using Credits or an already-used booster.

If refunded Credits have already been spent, further shop purchases may pause while we resolve the balance. You do not need to buy more Credits to receive a refund required by law. Credits earned through gameplay cannot be exchanged for cash.
