Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to Flight Division (operated by Logique Labs, Inc), including flightdivision.com, our browser-based FPV simulator, blog, and related services. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service

Flight Division provides a browser-based FPV flight simulator with free gameplay and lessons, accounts, multiplayer features, and optional shop purchases. You can play without buying anything. The simulator needs a compatible browser, graphics support, and an internet connection for account and online features. Try it on your device before purchasing.

Simulator and real-world flying

The simulator is a training and practice tool. It is not a substitute for real-world flight instruction, licensing, or compliance with aviation and local laws. You are solely responsible for how you fly any real aircraft or drone, including following all applicable regulations and safety practices. Our responsibility for any claim remains subject to applicable law and the consumer protections described below.

Accounts and online play

Playing the simulator requires an account with a verified email address. Your account stores progress and purchases so you can return to them. Keep access to the email address used for your account. To request a copy of your personal data or account deletion, contact us using the details in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion removes progress and inventory and does not itself request a refund; applicable statutory refund rights remain available.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not harass other players, cheat in ways that disrupt shared sessions, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to break the law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.

Optional purchases

The shop offers Credits, cosmetic drone colorways, environment themes, paid packs, and boosters. The offer describes what you receive and its price before you buy. Cash prices are in US dollars and include applicable tax. Stripe Checkout shows the final total before payment. Purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. Only make a purchase if you are authorized to use the payment method and have a parent or guardian's permission where required.

Stripe processes cash payments. We deliver the purchase to the account that placed the order after payment confirmation. Delivery is normally immediate but can be delayed while payment is confirmed. If an order is missing or incorrect, check your purchases or email contact@logique.io.

Credits are account-bound units for eligible items in the shop. They do not expire and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, except through a refund or other remedy required by law. Cosmetic items provide their described appearance in the simulator; buying a colorway does not bypass the gameplay level needed to unlock a drone. Pack contents and any sale period are shown in the offer.

Boosters provide the effect and duration shown before purchase. Once activated, timed boosters continue to run while the game is paused or you are offline. Digital purchases are for use within Flight Division; they do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

Our Refunds and withdrawal policy explains how to cancel or report a problem, including purchases made with Credits. Accepting these terms or the checkout terms does not itself waive your statutory withdrawal rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or attack the site or infrastructure, or attempt to bypass security
• Scrape or copy the service in bulk in a way that burdens our systems, except as allowed by ordinary search indexing
• Reverse engineer the simulator beyond what applicable law permits
• Use the site to distribute malware or illegal content
• Misrepresent affiliation with Flight Division

Content and intellectual property

The site, simulator, lessons, branding, and original content are owned by Logique Labs, Inc or our licensors. You may use the public site and simulator for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not republish our lesson curriculum, simulator code, or substantial copies of our guides without permission, except for ordinary personal use and fair use under applicable law.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the product without obligation to you.

Third-party sites

Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and simulator are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logique Labs, Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or simulator. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any), whichever is greater.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including rights concerning digital content or services that are faulty, not delivered, or not as described. The warranty exclusions, liability limits, and indemnity in these terms apply only where that law permits. Your rights may differ by country and may continue after a withdrawal period ends.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logique Labs, Inc from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your real-world flying, or your violation of these terms.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when this page is revised, and we will give notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights from a purchase you already made. If a paid feature changes or ends, we will provide any notice and remedy required by applicable law. Provisions that by nature should survive, including intellectual property rights and lawful liability limits, survive termination.
